BUILD THE SYSTEM A COMPANY RUNS ON. THEN LEAD THE TEAM THAT BUILDS THE REST.

Fast Track is a strategy consulting and executive development firm working with CEOs and leadership teams across 35+ countries — from multi-billion corporations to ambitious startups. Now the company is building its next core business: AI-powered digital products that help executives make better decisions, faster — business diagnostics, decision support, execution tracking, and a partner platform.

Why join us:

The problems. Since 2012, Fast Track has helped more than 500 companies and 20,000 executives in 25 countries grow faster. We are now turning that method into software: a suite of AI products that read a company, find its broken link and help its people fix it. You build them. Who you work with. A small team of AI builders who already ship, and a mid-level builder we are hiring beside you.

The role

You own a product from the first conversation to the number it moves. You write the spec, run the agents, design the screens, build the pipeline that feeds it, write the evals that prove it works and put a first working piece in front of users within weeks. Then you make the team better at doing the same: you set the bar for review, build the harness everyone ships through and grow the builders beside you. This is not a role where a designer, a data engineer and a product manager hand you finished pieces. You are all of them, with AI doing the heavy lifting and you owning every decision it makes.

What you will build

A suite of AI products used by executives and their teams. You start with the platform underneath them all. Along the way you build retrieval with citations, meeting and document extraction, SSO and roles, payments and attribution, integrations, and the security and privacy that let companies trust us with their data.

What you will bring

■ Complete products you shipped. You have taken products from idea to real users, end to end, and you can show us: a link, a repo, a demo. Most people who do this well have 6+ years of building software, with at least the last 2 putting LLMs into production. Show us the work; years alone are not the test.
■ Agentic engineering. You write specs agents can build from, run agents in parallel and build the harness that keeps them honest. You review their output as hard as you review a colleague’s.
■ AI systems that hold up. Retrieval with citations, extraction from meetings and documents, and evals and LLM judges that caught failures before users did.
■ Data from source to decision. Data modeling, pipelines into a lake or warehouse, events and data contracts, and lineage you can prove.
■ Architecture you can defend. Auth, SSO and roles, integrations, cloud and CI/CD, observability, and security and privacy under GDPR.
■ Design sense. You can take a flow from a sketch to a tested prototype in Claude Design, and you know when a screen is not good enough.
■ Leadership by example. You have reviewed others’ code, set standards people kept, mentored builders and helped hire them. You do not need a degree. If you match most of this and not all of it, apply.

How you lead

■ You still build. You ship every week. You lead from the code, not from a calendar of meetings.
■ One owner for each result. Every task has a written result, one owner with the authority to decide and a point where progress is reviewed.
■ You name the decider. When builders disagree, you let the argument run in full, then take the call and say so out loud.
■ You grow your successor. Done when one person on the team can run your seat for a month without you.

You will do well here if

■ A rough first version in front of users this month beats a perfect one next quarter.
■ You say what is broken plainly, including in your own work.
■ You look for the 20% of the work that gives 80% of the result, and you cut the rest.
■ AI is in your hands every day, and you measure what it saves.

This is not for you if’

■ You want a finished spec handed to you.
■ You need a designer, a data engineer and a product manager before you can start.
■ You judge an AI feature by how the demo felt.
■ You wait for certainty before you decide.

Fast Track Offers:

  • Social package: gym membership and professional training
  • Paid days off in line with Bulgarian labour law
  • The AI tools you need, paid for: Claude, Claude Code, Claude Design and whatever else earns its place.
  • Full-time employment, on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
  • Growth without waiting for a ladder: in a flat structure, harder work comes as fast as you can take it

How we hire

  • A 30-minute call. What you have built and what you want to learn next – culture fit, motivation, growth potential.
  • Show-and-tell. We’ll give you a take-home exercise to complete within one day. Then, you’ll walk us through the product you shipped: the spec, the code the agents wrote, the evals, and what you would do differently.
  • Meet the leadership. How you lead, and how you would grow the team.

About Fast Track

Fast Track has spent over a decade helping ambitious CEOs and their leadership teams grow as fast as humanly possible — 20,000+ executives across 35+ countries and 20+ industries. The company operates on a set of principles it actually enforces: brutal honesty, 80/20 thinking, extreme ownership, and beginner’s mind. Its digital products are the extension of that work — tools built for people with very little time and zero tolerance for anything that doesn’t earn its place in their workflow.

Fast Track says openly: it’s not for everyone. If a high pace and a high standard sound like your environment — this is a rare chance to join the product team at the start.
