Role overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong execution mindset to join our core development team. This is not a traditional developer role.

Your primary mission is to: Increase delivery speed, reduce complexity, and help ship impactful product improvements every week.

What you will do:

  • Drive Fast Execution: You will turn product ideas into simple, buildable solutions and deliver them quickly in 3–5 day cycles. The focus is on shipping, learning from real usage, and maintaining momentum.
  • Own Delivery Flows: You will ensure work moves smoothly from idea to release by breaking it into clear execution blocks, removing blockers early, and reducing dependencies.
  • Build across the stack: You will work across backend and frontend, building and improving features using PHP, Vue.js, MySQL, and caching tools.
  • Leverage AI in development: You will use AI tools like Claude Code as a core part of your workflow to speed up development, debugging, and prototyping.
  • Make Pragmatic Engineering Decisions: The goal is to solve problems quickly and improve through iteration rather than perfection.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

  • 5–10+ years in full stack development
  • Strong experience with PHP and modern JS frameworks
  • Proven ability to ship products fast, not just design them

Technical Skills

  • Backend: PHP (Laravel or similar)
  • Frontend: JavaScript, Vue.js (or React equivalent)
  • Databases: MySQL (strong understanding of performance)
  • APIs, integrations, and web performance optimisation
  • Already using AI tools in development workflows
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Mindset

  • Has a strong bias toward action and shipping
  • Is comfortable working with incomplete information
  • Prefers execution over discussion
  • Thrives in a low-process, high-speed environment
