Overview
American product company is looking for an experienced Project Manager.
As a Project Manager for Sling, you will be responsible for running the team which drives the product through execution. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional partners to ensure that our software accelerates the development of new solutions that delight our customers and grow with them as their businesses expand. In this visible role, you will own Sling web as well as our iOS and Android apps.

Sling is a flexible scheduling platform that works for a wide variety of businesses that have working shifts – from bars and restaurants to contact centers, healthcare organizations, and more. Team messaging, task management, time tracking, labor cost optimization, reporting, news sharing – everything in one place. Sling is trusted by tens of thousands of customers like Amazon, Chick-fil-A, Subway, and others.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve short and long-term goals;
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to foster strong team dynamics;
• Represent the team with cross-functional partners and company leaders in order to align resources and prioritization;
• Drive the creation of platform capabilities that are delightful, scalable, and remarkable
• Conduct and facilitate team events(daily stand up, sprint planning, retrospective, etc)
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management;
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology;
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher;
• Proactivity.
