Responsibilities:
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner,
- Manage social media chats of the community,
- Stay up-to-date with crypto market technology trends,
Requirements:
- Advanced written English skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar roles
Will be a plus:
- Experience as a Community Manager
- Knowledge of a crypto market
- Spoken English
Working schedule:
- Working hours: day shifts (08:00-17:00 EET)/evening shifts (17:00-02:00 EET).
- Working days: Mon-Fri/Wed-Sun.
