Responsibilities:
- 1+ years of commercial experience in Customer Support Team Lead
- Experience with the Intercom platform or telegram chats is a plus;
- Fluent English proficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- High sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions in unforeseen situations.
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Positive attitude to work and working tasks
Requirements:
- Management and development of community teams
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
