Responsibilities:

  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner,
  • Manage social media chats of the community,
  • Stay up-to-date with crypto market technology trends,

Requirements:

  • Advanced written English skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar roles

Will be a plus:

  • Experience as a Community Manager
  • Knowledge of a crypto market
  • Spoken English

Working schedule:

  • Working hours: day shifts (08:00-17:00 EET)/evening shifts (17:00-02:00 EET).
  • Working days: Mon-Fri/Wed-Sun.

  • 1-hour interview with the hiring manager
