Responsibilities:

  • 1+ years of commercial experience in Customer Support Team Lead
  • Experience with the Intercom platform or telegram chats is a plus;
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to make decisions in unforeseen situations.
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Positive attitude to work and working tasks

Requirements:

  • Management and development of community teams
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics
  • Motivate team members
