We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and optimize production-grade AI-driven applications. This role requires deep expertise in JavaScript (React), RESTful APIs, Node.js, Python, and cloud-based identity services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in whitespace, driving fullstack innovations while ensuring security, privacy, and scalability.
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will lead the development of responsive, secure, and scalable AI-driven web applications. You will work across the entire stack, from frontend UI components to backend APIs, ensuring seamless data flow, security, and performance. The role requires hands-on experience in integrating cloud services, vendor APIs, and privacy-first architectures, along with a strong grasp of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain fullstack AI-driven applications with a focus on scalability, security, and privacy.
• Design, build, and optimize React-based frontend components to deliver highly interactive, responsive, and intuitive user experiences.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python, ensuring efficient communication with AI models and databases.
• Integrate complex cloud services and vendor APIs, including authentication, data storage, analytics, and messaging services.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards, implementing best practices for authentication, data encryption, and access control.
• Optimize web applications for performance, ensuring fast load times, smooth interactivity, and minimal resource consumption.
• Implement cloud-based identity services, including OAuth, JWT, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, designers, and product managers to build seamless AI-powered experiences.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and improve system reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest web development trends, AI technologies, and security practices, ensuring the platform remains innovative and future-proof.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, specializing in JavaScript (React), Node.js, and Python.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, API design patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in building highly interactive, responsive, and accessible UIs using React, Redux, TypeScript, and modern frontend libraries.
• Strong backend development skills, including Node.js, Python, Express.js/FastAPI, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-based identity services (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Strong understanding of privacy-centric architectures and security best practices for handling sensitive user data.
• Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks for debugging and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows for fullstack applications.
• Ability to think critically and independently in whitespace, making architectural and design decisions with minimal guidance.
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with GraphQL APIs and real-time communication (WebSockets, gRPC).
• Familiarity with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions, Azure Functions).
• Prior experience in AI/ML-powered applications and AI-driven UX design.
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications in fullstack engineering.
