Welcome to an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic sales team as a Development Representative (SDR)!

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will prospect and close new customer accounts, projects, and services while meeting or exceeding monthly targets. This is a tenacious go-getter type of position. The SDR will not cut corners or sacrifice quality during the sales process.

  • Consistently prospect for new Managed Service opportunities.
  •  Develop potential prospects through databases, networking, meetings, social media &
    canvassing.
  •  Identify potential prospects and assist in creating appropriate sales and marketing presentations.
  •  Schedule appointments over the telephone or in person to meet with prospective clients.
  •  Deliver sales presentations to prospects. Adjust presentations to meet the needs of individuals.
  •  Schedule prospect follow-up appointments and technical assessments.
  •  Prepare and present sales proposals.
  •  Close prospects & obtain necessary documentation & payments to begin serving them as clients.
  •  Coordinate sales efforts with Marketing and provide feedback on marketing efforts.
  •  Organize, create, and maintain company prospect records.

 REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum 2-3  year of sales experience. Ability to pass test demonstrating strong written and verbal communications skills. Hunter mentality required 🙂
  • Experience working in manage service provider company
  • Ability to work as scheduled sitting, using a keyboard, and speaking on the phone.
  • Ability to travel to client site using private vehicle, hired vehicle, walking or public transit.
  • Ability to demonstrate proficiency with standard business software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Outbound Sales Prospecting Activities – 50%
  • Sales appointments (in-person and virtual) – 30%
  • Prepare proposal and other administrative duties – 10%
  • Promote company through events and on social media – 5%
  • Assist in development of marketing plans, promotions, and lists – 5%

Infiniwiz is a manage service provider. It supports business offices, hardware, technology environment, provides security, CIO consulting etc. However, project work is also available. Bulk of the salesperson’s commission will be coming from service contracts. The company attends national IT conference and participates in peer groups, so all processes and tools are on par with IT industry best practices.

COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: TBD

Commission for Managed Services contract Sales:
1 st Year of Contract:
–  100% of Monthly Value for Outbound
–  50% of Monthly Value for Inbound
2 nd & 3 rd year of Contract (annuity component):
–  25% of Monthly Value on contract anniversary date.

Commission for Project Sales:
–  12% of Gross Profit (Sale Income – COGS)
Terms:
–  Employee commission payment will be issued after the client pays the invoice.
–  Commission payments will not be paid if the client terminates service or if the
employee is no longer with Infiniwiz.
–  To unlock annuity component, SDR must demonstrate closing two (2) Managed
Service contracts by themselves.

ADDITIONAL

  • It’s W2 employment
  • Hybrid opposition (2 times per week in the office, later can be fully remote)
  • Location of the office: 220 N. Smith St, Suite 450, Palatine, IL 60067
  • Tools used: ContactSience, SharpSpring (recently purchased by Constant Contact), ZoomInfo
  • We provide the equipment
  • Target – 1 new account per month
  • Can be outside sales: meeting with clients (10-20% travel within 50 miles from Palatine, IL)
  • Trial period – 30 days
  • There are quarter reviews, salary review once per year
  •  100% commission for 1 month on monthly recurring revenue won (average is $3,000-$5,000 per client). On Target Earnings (OTE): Year 1: $75,000 – $100,000.  Year 2: $80,000 – $120,000+
