Responsibilities

• Thoroughly analyse and understand requirements and business process specifications.
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end regression test sets and test plans, identifying potential weak points and corner cases.
• Execute various types of testing, including functional, smoke, and regression testing, and provide analysis and documentation of the test results.
• Perform API testing using Postman and/or Zoot’s testing tool.
• Conduct manual testing of user interfaces and workflows.
• Actively assist in identifying and resolving defects and their root causes during the creation or updating of high-volume, highly available customer solutions.
• Collaborate closely with other team members, such as Business Analysts and Solution Developers.
• Maintain a service-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions to Production on time.

Profile

• A university Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control processes within software development.
• Prior experience in business process analysis, with a strong ability to apply logical thinking.
• Upper-intermediate level of English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with system integration, familiar with data structures, data transfer protocols, and both synchronous and asynchronous interfaces (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, HTTP, FTP).
• Hands-on experience working with databases and creating SQL queries.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Postman, JIRA or similar tools, and TestRail or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in a programming or scripting language is a plus.
• Prior experience in risk management testing (scoring, policy rules) and/or financial services (credit or payments business) is advantageous.
• A detail-oriented and quality-driven working style.
