Since 2013, we have written thousands of business plans, approximately 300 business plans a month, with expertise in 120 different industries, and we handle communications in various languages.

We are seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our software product development team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product management, software development teams, and stakeholders to ensure that our software products meet internal user needs.

The candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating and maintaining product scopes and features, conducting product research, and assisting with product launch and go-to-market strategies. Additionally, the candidate will conduct UAT and feature optimization, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize work.

Responsibilities:

– Work with product management to gather and document requirements for software products.
– Collaborate with software development teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood and delivered.
– Act as a liaison between product management and software development teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of product requirements.
– Work with stakeholders to identify and manage product backlog.
– Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and other related documentation.
– Conduct product research to support decision-making and ensure product competitiveness.
– Assist with product launch and go-to-market strategies.
– Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure product quality.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or certificate program with demonstrated experience
– 2+ years of experience in Product Owner and/or Business Analysis roles.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
– Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
– Familiarity with software development processes and tools, such as JIRA, and version deployment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
– Strong English comprehension; reading, writing, speaking – Level B2 or higher
