As a QA specialist at Sling you will work closely with the development teams on assuring software quality through manual and exploratory testing. You will also collaborate with other teams at Sling to deliver a world-class product to our users.
You will:
– Be part of a highly passionate team working on shipping quality software to our users

– Make an impact – helping shape and build a new product
– Identify testing efforts for products under development
– Do manual and exploratory testing
– Investigate defects and submit defect reports
– Encourage efficiency and performance of our development processes
– Participate in specifying and evolving our QA and testing processes
– Participate in product development at all stages
– Collaborate closely with our QA specialist, product managers, designers, and developers
– Create and maintain clear test cases and test plans as necessary, to reflect changes in the product
– Help build and shape the QA culture at Sling
This role may suit you if you:
– Have 1+ year of QA experience
– Have experience with cross-browser and mobile testing
– Have experience with testing responsive web applications
– Have problem-solving skills and a detail-orientated mindset
– Have a growth mindset
– Have ambition for user-friendly solutions
– Are super organized
– Are a team player
– Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
– Want to grow later into a project manager
