   Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of UNIX and Linux operating systems;
  • Ability to read code (Rust, C++, Java, Python, Go);
  • Experience with security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001/27002, NIST, HIPPA, SOX, PCI DSS etc.);
  • Experience with security tools and products (e.g. Nessus, nmap, Burp, Fortify, AppScan, etc.);
  • Experience of performing vulnerability analysis and reverse engineering;
  • Experience with Metasploit framework;
  • Familiarity with Forensics tools;
  • Understanding of cryptography principles.

   Duties and responsibilities:

  • Perform penetration tests on web-based applications, networks and computer systems;
  • Regular auditing the source code of applications;
  • Provide staff with security awareness training;
  • Research, document and discuss security findings with management and IT teams;
  • Review and define requirements for information security solutions;
  • Work on improvements for security services, including the continuous enhancement of existing methodology material and supporting assets;
  • Provide feedback and verification as an organisation fixes security issues. Work at an international product-based company
