⚙️ Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Achieve target utilization rates for billable activities
  • Work with the Customer to understand current ways of working and document the “As
    Is” state
  • Work with the Customer to understand their future state ways of working and document
    the “To be” state
  • Utilize skills and experience to guide the Customer to achieve maximum value
    implementing the software and minimize customizations
  • Interact with customers in multiple forms: conference calls, web sessions, and in person
    meetings
  • Build and maintain Customer relationships of trust
  • Deliver tasks on-time and on-budget – a “no surprises” approach to projects where
    frequent, open, and clear communication is part of the pillars of success for projects
  • Work with Project Manager and other Business Consultants to ensure clear and
    transparent reporting on task status and future expectations
  • Prioritize and manage the relative importance and urgency of different requirements
  • Understand and perform application configuration
  • Attending team meetings with prepared status updates on assigned accounts, offer
    feedback for team members and asking for assistance when needed
  • Manage internal and customer emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with team projects and goals, including streamlining process, cross-training
    across our software suite, and keeping documentation and resources up to date
  • Stay up to date on industry standards and trends as well as the latest software releases
    and product roadmap

😍 Minimum Qualifications:

❗️Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technical, or related field
❗️3+ years of experience as a Consultant
❗️Strong knowledge of IT and Software Development

❗️Advanced English and German

➕ Working knowledge of portfolio project management and strategic project management
applications
➕ Relevant certifications (i.e. project management, agile, six sigma/black belt)
